Since Explore Lisbon is a "Find Places Around Me" mobile application, you should use it while visiting Lisbon. If you want to try it from your current location, you can always install a "Fake GPS" app and setup your new location in the city of Lisbon.
Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. From imposing São Jorge Castle, the view encompasses the old city’s pastel-colored buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. The best time of year to visit Lisbon is in the late spring (May-June) when the days are bright and sunny, but the temperatures are not so high. The peak season is between June and August, and if you visit at this time of year, you should expect the city to feel crowded. The weather is suitable for spending time on the beach from May until the end of September.
